The agreement between you and AURAMIKA Pvt. Ltd. when you use our app or website.
By accessing or using the Auramika Daily app or auramikadaily.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Auramika is a curated jewellery marketplace operated by AURAMIKA Pvt. Ltd. We sell premium imitation jewellery directly to consumers in India and partner with verified brands and artisans for selected collections.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your phone number, OTP, and account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Auramika may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Cashfree (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery where available. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error is detected, with a full refund.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Auramika may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are fulfilled subject to product availability. Express delivery (2-hour) is available only in select Mumbai pincodes for items tagged ⚡.
Our return and refund terms are described on the Returns & Refunds page. Hygiene products (e.g. earrings) and customised pieces are not returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the app or website; post fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content; use automated tools to place bulk orders; resell our products as new; or otherwise disrupt the platform.
All content on the app and website — including product photography, designs, logos, written copy, and the Auramika brand mark — is owned by AURAMIKA Pvt. Ltd. or licensed partners. No commercial reuse is permitted without prior written consent.
We integrate with third-party providers for authentication, payments, and AI-powered styling. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third-party terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Auramika disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURAMIKA Pvt. Ltd.'s aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Auramika may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. On termination, sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, before a sole arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Mumbai; language is English.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
