AURAMIKA Pvt. Ltd. ("Auramika", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and safeguard your data when you use the Auramika Daily mobile application and website (auramikadaily.com).
Identity & Contact Data — name, email, phone number, delivery address. Transaction Data — order history, payment method, billing address. Device & Usage Data — device model, OS version, IP, app interactions, crash logs. Location Data — approximate / precise location only when you grant permission, used to auto-fill delivery address and check express-delivery eligibility. Photos — only the photo you explicitly upload to the AI Stylist feature, after in-app consent.
To process and deliver orders, manage your account, personalise product recommendations, send order updates and (with consent) marketing communications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with applicable law, and improve our products.
When you opt in to the AI Stylist feature, the photo you upload is sent to our AI styling service for one-time outfit analysis. The photo is not stored on Auramika servers and is not retained by our AI partner after processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via Profile → AI Stylist Settings. The feature is suppressed for devices in China mainland.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with: delivery partners (to fulfil orders), payment processors — Cashfree (encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant), authentication provider — Firebase by Google, analytics providers (anonymised aggregates only), and legal authorities when required by Indian law or court order.
We retain personal data while your account is active. Transaction records may be retained up to 7 years to comply with Indian financial regulations. You may request deletion at any time via Profile → Delete Account or by emailing privacy@auramika.in.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing or AI processing, opt out of cookies, and lodge a complaint with the Indian Data Protection Board. To exercise any right, email privacy@auramika.in.
We implement TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and quarterly security reviews. No system is 100% secure — we will notify you within 72 hours of any breach affecting your data, as required by law.
Auramika is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@auramika.in and we will delete the account and associated data.
The Auramika website uses essential cookies for cart and session management. The mobile app uses Hive local storage for cart, wishlist, and preferences. You can clear app storage via your device settings.
Some processing partners (including our authentication and AI styling service providers) may store data outside India. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards under Indian DPDP Act 2023.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date below reflects the latest revision.
