Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Auramika Daily account at any time, directly inside the app. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.

How to delete your account

Step 1 — Open the Auramika Daily app

Sign in with the phone number and OTP linked to the account you want to delete.

Step 2 — Go to Profile

Tap the Profile tab at the bottom-right of the home screen.

Step 3 — Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen. Tap the red "Delete Account" button.

Step 4 — Confirm

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete" to permanently remove your account. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number, and saved delivery addresses
  • All saved cart and wishlist items
  • Your AI Stylist consent record (no photos are retained, ever)
  • Authentication record on Firebase Auth

What we are required to retain

  • Past order records — retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian financial and tax regulations (Companies Act, GST law). Linked personal identifiers are anonymised within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Aggregated and anonymised analytics — cannot be traced back to you and are kept indefinitely.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the registered phone number or cannot open the app, email privacy@auramika.in from the email on file with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
